What is BBA LLB
BA LLB – Full Form (Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Legislative Law) degree is an incorporated course and on completing this course, aspirants are provided a professional degree. The term of a BBA LLB degree is 5 years. The maximum period within which university college students need to complete their BBA LLB course is eight years. As part of an incorporated BBA LLB course, candidates have imparted education through numerous techniques which incorporate study room teaching, case studies and moot courts.
Eligibility for BBA LLB Direct Admission
LL.B Programme (3 Yr) – Candidate Shall Secure a Minimum of 45% Marks (40% for SC/ST) in Graduation for appearing in LL.B Entrance Test 2023
BBA LL.B Programme (5 yr) – Candidate Shall Secure a Minimum of 50% Marks (45% for SC/ST) in Class XII for appearing in BBA LL.B Entrance Test 2023

BBA LL.B Entrance exam 2023 is scheduled on Saturday 17/06/2023 from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at the centers approved by the University.

LL.B Entrance exam 2023 will be of 100 marks. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. There is no negative marking.

LL.B – 3 Years Degree Programme
According to the Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in any of the faculties of any recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant. The maximum age for seeking admission into the stream of 3 years bachelor’s-courses degree courses in law is limited to 30 years in the general category and in the case of SC, ST and other backward class applicants it is limited to 35 years.
BBA LL.B – 5 Years Degree Programme
According to the Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of the general category and 40% of the total marks in the case of SC & ST applicant. The maximum age for seeking admission into the stream of 5 years bachelor’s degree courses in law is limited to 20 years in the general category and in the case of SC, ST and other backward class applicants it is limited to 22 years.
